The North Providence Housing Authority is comprised of 5 primary locations along with numerous minor sites scattered throughout the city. The Housing Authority services a client base of approximately 1000 tenants. The residences are primarily one and two story buildings of ranch and townhouse styles. Architectura has been providing ongoing architectural services to the North providence Housing Authority since 2000. During this time, Architectura has implemented numerous successful projects throughout the system including kitchen and bathroom renovations, roof replacements and exterior envelope repairs. Architectura has also been instrumental in building and fire code upgrades throughout the Housing Authority System. work has included improved fire alarms, ADA conformance renovations and exit door improvements.
