The new Andreozzi Hall serves as the Senior Center for the tows of Warren and Bristol, Rhode Island. Prior to work, the facility was exclusively used by the Warren Housing Authority and was later chosen to be converted into the main Senior Center for the two towns.

Extensive renovations and a large addition were required to accommodate its expanded role in the community. Respecting the architectural appearance of the existing building, a new wing was added to resemble the original and doubling the space of the building. A new tower was erected to serve as the main entrance and lobby for the facility.
