The Christies Building is a speculative corporate office project in the trendy River North Area in Chicago. Prior to renovations, the building had experienced major fire damage which necessitated the replacement of many heavy timber structural members and all the wood floor decking.

The renovation transformed the building into an attractive corporate office structure with tenants that included the architect’s office, Benetton Corporation, Sachi & Sachi, numerous advertising agencies and other creative business enterprises.

Architectura served as the architect and construction manger on the project.
