Clybourn Lofts is a residential condominium development on Chicago’s Near North Side. It was the first large scale development in the Clybourn corridor and spurned many new adaptive re-use projects that followed.

The project featured classic loft residences, a steel skeleton frame that supported new exterior balconies, roof decks and penthouse structures on the roof offering spectacular views of the downtown Chicago skyline. This hugely successful project which sold out within six months of final delivery.

This project was executed while Paul V. Satas was employed at Pappageorge Haymes, Ltd.
