Designer & Project Manager

Mr. Moon serves a dual role as both Designer and Project Manager. As Project Manager, Mr. Moon is responsible for the production of Construction Documents for all projects under the direct supervision of Mr. Satas. Mr. Moon is well versed in the standard AIA administrative protocols, procedures and documentation. He ensures that what is drawn on papar and approved by the client, is carried through to the construction site. Mr. Moon has been in both the construction and design fields for over ten years, specifically in Site Planning and Residential Construction. He now brings those years of field experience to both the designs and the management of phases of our projects.

Office Manager, Designer & Marketing Director

In serving both as an Office Manager and Marketing Director, Ms. Powell has skills in developing rapport with clientele and serving as an interface between all Architectura's relations. As Office Manager, Ms. Powell's responsibilities include coordinating and planning meetings with vendors and clients, maintaining office and draft inventory and  tracking all accounts and project costs. As Marketing Director, Ms. Powell plans, organizes and oversees the production of all proposal submissions and presentation boards, editing the graphic and written material. She also ensures timely communication of marketing initiatives and enhances the response time of all marketing opportunities.

Designer & Director of Public Relations

Mr. Nutini, Director of Public Relations and a Designer, is able to promote continued development by having direct contact with project coordinators and representatives. As a Designer, he assists with Architectura’s projects in the phases of programming, design, space and floor planning, as well as working with vendors for material selection. Mr. Nutini is fluent with the 3dsMax visualization program allowing him to shape interior space early and provide clients with a virtual walk-through animation. As Director of Public Relations, Mr. Nutini is active in the firm’s marketing and strategic planning, leading the department’s marketing research by developing new initiatives based off current market trends. 

Interior Designer

Ms. Galarza, as part of the Interior Design team, is responsible for producing the final assembly of all materials and finishes for client presentations. Including, the supplying of products for selection of materials and finishes for each project. She also serves as the interface between vendors and Architectura for product selection and specification. Ms. Galarza's responsibilities extend into the design development and construction document stage, including the development and organization of the finishes schedule for construction documents and the collection of proper information for the specification process.

Architectural intern

Mr. Cogley specializes in programs such as AutoCAD Architecture, SketchUP, Sony Vegas and Photoshop. Creating life-like representations of design schemes gives each client an advantage in making significant decisions. He also serves as part of the IT personnel involved in the process of  fine tuning, fixing, and optimizing any IT concerns. His skills extend to cpu maintenance, web development and graphic design. Mr. Cogley also is attending the Boston Architectural College (B.A.C) for his Graduate Degree of Architecture.

Architectural intern

Mr. Rodriguez specializes in programs such as AutoCAD Architecture, 3ds Studio Max, and Photoshop. Creating life-like representations of design schemes gives each client an advantage in making significant decisions. Mr. Rodriguez is responsible for a vast array of the schematic design, design development and  phases of the design process for a large percentage of Architectura's current and recently completed projects.
