Spring Hill is a planned community located on thirty acres of rural land in Rehoboth, MA. The site design incorporates both a village setting and more secluded environments. The buildings were designed using two classic distinctive styles in order to create a diverse architectural environment, and will be sited in clusters of three or four buildings.

The community will feature a clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis courts, a working cranberry bog, and nature walking trails. The project is slated to start construction in early 2006.
