341 Superior Street is a mixed use development consisting of a series of six buildings and 400,000 square feet. The project was designed to accommodate retail uses on the ground floor and lower level, commercial office tenants on the second floor, and residential loft apartments on floors three to six.

In order to integrate the design, a new six story atrium space was created in the existing alley that ran through the property. This central space served as the main entries to all the uses and a year round interior space that could be enjoyed by all.
