This new entrance lobby for Donovan Manor, senior housing apartments, functionally combines the original separate entrances into each building into one which is more easily serviceable and convenient for tenants who need from one building to the next. The design also provides for a neighborhood meeting place for tenants to meet and socialize.

The new entrance features a two story entrance and a massive skylight introducing an abundant amount of natural light into the interior space.
