City Commons is a 58-unit luxury condominium development on the near north side of Chicago. The developer assembled virtually an entire city block for the project.

In order to preserve the existing character of the neighborhood, the design inverted itself by creating an interior street to access the townhouses, The perimeter was devoted to the private patio spaces for the living units.

This project was executed while Paul V. Satas was employed at Pappageorge Haymes, Ltd.
