North Kingstown Town hall Annex is listed on the Federal and state Historical register located in the Town of Wickford. It is a splendid example of Greek Revival style that was prevalent at the turn of the century.

Scope of the work included complete rebuilding of the front porch structure including replacing existing rubble stone foundations, remedial structural work to the ionic columns, new replacement mahogany porch, new roofing and incidental interior renovations.

All renovations met the local, state and federal guidelines for historic places and was completed on time and within budget.
