The scope of the work included the complete remodeling of the building which was necessitated after a substantial roof collapse due to a heavy snowstorm and a warehouse addition on the rear of the structure.

A new glazed monitor was added to the building to replace existing flat roof areas and allow natural light to penetrate the internal part of the building. The interior of the building which sustained heavy water damage was completely redesigned adding new offices and workstations. A new warehouse was designed to accommodate the lotteries expanding storage needs located to the rear of the existing structure.
