| Harborside provided Architectura with the exclusive opportunity to revitalize an industrial building designed by internationally acclaimed architect Walter Gropius. The adaptive re-use of these historically significant buildings allowed the developer to take advantage of the historic tax credit program. The site is comprised of three separate buildings organized in a classic corporate office park setting. This conversion of a single tenant corporate office building into a multi-tenant project included complete replacement of the exterior curtain wall system and extensive renovations of the interior space including a new central atrium. |
