The site sits at the northern edge of the city's old industrial waterfront. the proposed site will include artist studios, conference and banquet facilities, an 133 room extended stay hotel, 246 luxury high rise condominiums, town houses along Allens Avenue, retail space, floating restaurant, parking for 2,200 cars, the Newport ferry service, Providence harbor tours, 754-foot long wharf extending from the western shore and plush green space open to the public. |
