| Paramount Corporate Offices are located in the former American Tourister Complex in Warren, RI. This historic mill building is located on the waterfront of the Warren River and adjacent a 300,000 square foot warehouse facility that was in conjunction with this extensive renovation project. The new facility features an expansive central skylight over the common work area, serving as a prominent social hub for Paramount personnel. Adjacent departments are clustered around the perimeter with vast amounts of interior glazing to transmit natural light throughout the interior offices. Paramount’s unique esthetic highlights Architectura’s distinctive approach to adaptive reuse design and modernizing one of Rhode Island’s historic industrial mills. |
